What is Timeless Visits?
Timeless Visits provides caring gravesite services; placement of an original handmade floral arrangement, ground tidying, and basic stone cleaning for those who wish to honor a loved one’s memory. Whether you’re nearby or far away, have a busy schedule, face physical limitations, or simply need an extra helping hand, each visit is carried out with care, dignity, and respect.
How do I schedule or request a visit?
At this time, services must be requested by contacting us directly by phone or filling out a contact form through the website. There are many varying factors that can determine the type of visit and floral arrangement.
-It is not uncommon for families to have difficulty remembering the exact section or area their loved one is buried. Also, there are many different types of stones and markers. Some may already have an inverted vase in place. If this information is unknown, we will call the cemetery for additional information to ensure your request can be met.
What areas do you serve?
Timeless Visits is based in Westmoreland County, PA. Overlap into surrounding counties (portions of Allegheny, Indiana, & Fayette counties) can be accommodated; mileage fees are added and will be determined upon service request.
Are your floral arrangements artificial or fresh flowers?
Each floral arrangement is unique and handcrafted by Timeless Visits using artificial flowers. Fresh flowers can be placed upon request, however, cost may be affected and will not last as long as an artificial arrangement.
Does Timeless Visits return to remove the arrangement with the seasonal change?
No, we do not return and remove the arrangement post season unless an additional visit is requested, or a seasonal visit plan has been purchased.
